"5. CAPT. WILLIAM3 LATHAM (Joseph2, Cary1) was born about 1669. He died Nov. 5, 1732, aged 63. He married June 30, 1698, Hannah, daughter of Capt. James and Mary Morgan. She was born June 8, 1674. She died April 21, 1727, aged 53. He made his will in 1728.
