  26 Lot. Is first in the 3 teer:) Lands Belonging to Daniel Tracy his heirs and Assigns

  One hundred and thirty acres more or Less Beginning at the South East Corner of Pockumock pond adjoining to Sd
  Pond thence runing west one hundred and thirty rods to an old pine tree Standing on a white Beach on the South Side
  of the pond and is one hundred and sixty Rods in Length from the South to the North. Laid out March 29th 1706 pr
  James Avery John Prentts and Menasseh Minor----Entred----July 1706----

  27th Lot) Lands Belonging to Lt. Thomas Leffingwell his heirs and Assigns

  Imprimis) One hundred acres more or Less Beginning at an old pine tree thence runing west one hundred rods to a
  Rock in Sight of a pond marked V and is on the top of an hill and is one hundred and Sixty Rods in Length from the
  South to the North
  Laid out March 29th 1706 pr James Avery John Prentts and Menasseh Minor
  ---- Entred July 1706

  28th Lot) Lands belonging to Majr Wait Winthrop his heirs and assigns

  Imprimis) Eighty four acres more or Less Beginning at a Rock marked V on the top of a hill thence Runing west Eighty
  four rods to a Chesnut tree on the East side of a swamp and is in Length from the South to the North one hundred and
  sixty Rods Laid out March 29th 1706 pr James Avery John Prentts and Menasseh Minor
