Will of Sarah Huckell
In the name of God Amen, I Sarah Huckell of Shrewsbury Township
in the county of Lycoming State of Pennsylvania considering the uncertainty
of this mortal life and being sound and and(?) perfect mind and memory
blessed be Almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last will
and testament in manner and form that is to say I give and bequeath unto
my oldest daughter Sarah - wife of E. G. Lyon,
Ninety Dollars. I do also give and bequeath unto my daughter Catherine
Raper Fifty Dollars and also a cow and eight sheep, the sheep that
are at present in the possession of John or Joseph Hogeland. I also
give and bequeath unto my son Benjamin Huckell, now in England,
Eighty Dollars. I also give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary -
one half of the sheep that may belong to me at the time of my decease and
the Bay Colt exclusive of the cattle she claims or owns at present together
with a four part bedstead with the hanging bed and bed cloths. I also give
and bequeath unto my Grandson Charles Bown , son of William
and my daughter Harriet Bown, a Cow and six Sheep. I also give and
bequeath unto my son William Huckell One Hundred Dollars and the
large yoke of oxen exclusive of what is due to him from the estate- And
let it be understood that these several legacies are to be paid in stock
at a fair appraisement provided it should be inconvenient to my Executors
to pay them in money, and further I do give and devise unto my son John
Huckell and unto his heirs and assigns for ever all my real Estate
with the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate and laying and being
in Shrewsbury township County of Lycoming together with all the rest residue
and remainder of my personal estate goods and chattels of what kind and
nature [what]soever and I do hereby appoint my sons John and William
Huckell Executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking
all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I here set my hand and
seal the twenty fifth day of November eighteen hundread and twenty five.

Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Sarah
Huckell to be her last will and testament in the presence of us who
at her request and in her presence have hereunto subscribed our names as
witnesses to the same. The interlineations between the thirteenth and fourteenth
lines of "together with a four post bedstead with the hanging" "Bed
and bed clothes["] being made before signing. John Rogers, Benjamin
Holmes Edward [? initial] Eldred Lycoming County this thirtieth day
of April AD 1832. Before me [? initial] Vanderbilt Register for
the Probate of Wills and granting letters of Administration in and for
the County of Lycoming aforesaid personally came John Rogers and Benjamin
Holmes two of the subscribing witnesses to the within will and being
duly sworn according to law, did depose and say that they were present
and saw and heard Sarah Huckell the testator sign, seal, publish, pronounce
and declare the within instrument of writing a [a?] for her testament and
last will and at the time of doing so she was of perfect and sound mind,
memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge, observation and
