Last Will and Testament of Joseph Huckell

In the name of God amen I, Joseph Huckell of Plunkett Creek township, Lycoming County, State of Pennsylvaniz being at this time of sound mind and understanding but weak in body and considering th? of human life do make this my last will and testament, that is, I give and bequeath to my Grand Children, the children of my son Benjamin Huckell by Margaret his wife, those at present in being, Joseph, Rachel, Katherine, John Plotts, Margaret, Harriet and Emeline and any and all others that may hereafter be born to my said son Benjamin by Margaret his wife, share and share alike and to their heirs forever, all of the property of which I may die possessed . My siad property in said Township of Plunketts Creek or wheresoever laying or being together with all my personal Estate goods and chattels of every kind and nature whatsoever reserving however my said son Benjamin the the use of both land house or houses, saw mill and other buildings improvements and apportunances so long as he may desire to make use of the same and should his wife Margaret survive him to her ______ in like manner so long as she may continue a widow and I ________ thereby constitute and appoint my siad son Benjamin my sole executor of this my last will and testament empowering him to pay my last debts and funeral expenses out of the effects thus bequeath to his children and I declare to be my last will and testament revoking all other wills by me heretofore made. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the fourth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty five. (signature) Joseph Huckell (seal)
