Ottawa Evening Post
William Huckell learned the printer's trade while
at the Ottawa Evening Post which existed from 1860 to 1866. When
it folded he left Ottawa, Ontario for Chicago, Illinois. There he worked
as a printer for other newspapers (including the Tribune and the
Evening Post) before leaving for Iowa in 1886 where he farmed.
