One of them Gerard Joseph Switzer, my father. Left Ireland May 28, 1926 on the ship Minnedosa and arrived in Quebec City. Lived in Sarnia, Ontario 3 yrs. Moved to Windsor, Ontario, Canada. He was a soldier - Dublin Fusilier - 18th Royal Irish Regiment. In 3 wars, South African, Indian, & Great War. |
