Was Isaac deceased by 1747? He was not named in the will, but listed as one of the sons of Daniel Sayre in this genealogy. Isaac supposedly married Elizabeth Smith.

Job Sayre was probably the oldest of the children and thus was named his father's executor. He married 1) Sarah ___; 2d) Hannah Raynor Howell.
[12386] Job must have been named after his uncle. Job who was in Lynn, MA in 1638. His name appears as one of the proprietors of Southampton, L.I. in 1640.
Job married 2) 18 June 1685 Hannah (Osborn), widow of Arthur Howell. Note: Sayre Genealogy, p. 33, identifies Job's second wife as Hannah (Raynor) Howell, widow of Arthur. See discussion in TAG 37:13-14.

The first record we have of him after his birth is at Lynn, MA, in 1638, but how long he had been a resident there, or whether he came directly from England, we have no means of determining and there is no mention of a wife.
[12380] Effort should be made to try locating the Leighton Buzzard parish records.
In 1648 Thomas Sayre built a house on the town lot apportioned him in that year; which is undoubtedly the oldest English house on Long Island, or in the state of New York. It is still habitable, and has never passed out of the hands or occupancy of the family until 1892.... From extant records it is clear that Thomas was very involved in town affairs.
Will of Thomas Sayre of Southhampton was signed on 16 Sep. 1669 and inventory of his estate was taken on 10 June 1670. Final settlement of the estate was in 1671.
[15213] The Sayre genealogy does not name the wife of Thomas but indicates that the marriage must have taken place in England. He was about 40 years old when he came to America and it is not know whether a wife accompanied him. The early parish records are apparently lost.
