Will indicates substantial income from estate of her father (not named). She gives interest on $1000 to her mother Mary Malony of Philadelphia, PA, for the remainder of her life, principal then to be split between her son Loid Elmore and Catharine Louise Whiteside, and $500 to her husband Robert. Then she names George and James Van Buskirk (sons of her sister-in-law Caroline), & Allvia Susana Harvey, each to receive $100 upon reaching majority (21 for the boys, 18 for Allvia). The remainder to Loid Elmore & Catherine Louise (Catherine's relationship not stated).
A transcript from the Orphans' Court of Philadelphia, PA, 1851, introduces more complications:
As of 18 aug 1851, James Molony of Philadelphia has died intestate, leaving real estate in Upper Merion Tp., Montgomery Co., PA.
James had been married to Anne Moore, who was already dead.
James had children and grandchildren as follows:
1. John D. Molony, deceased, no widow A. Elizabeth I. Molony, deceased, husband John J. Cafferty i. Julian B. Cafferty B. John Molony C. Ann Molony, married John J. Cafferty (see above) D. Summers has died, and that Loyd Elmore Whiteside and Catharine Louisa Whiteside are the divisees of Ann M. Summers, represented by their guardian Philip M. Price of Philadelphia! D. Thomas Molony E. It seems likely that the death of James Molony, or at least of Daniel Molony his son, father of Ann Molony, may have occurred somewhat earlier than the proceedings noted above. It is possible, therefore, that Ann Molony was still married to Michael Summers at the time the proceedings began, and that both Catherine Louisa and Lloyd Elmore Whiteside are in fact her children, as well as the heirs designated in her will. It is also possible, apparently, that Ann is not the mother of Catherine Louise, but that both Catherine Louise and Lloyd Elmore inherit from her according to the terms of her will. It may be possible to figure this out, if the death date of Michael Summers (or indeed, any other fact of his existence!) can be found.
The record of her will was in one of the volumes destroyed in the fire in the Hamilton County, Ohio courthouse in 1884, but the original will and the papers relating to the probate survived. The will was therefore re-recorded in what is now Will Record volume 15, pp. 405-407, as described below:

It appearing to the Probate Court that on the 27th day of October A.D. 1851 the last Will and Testament of Anne Isabella Whiteside deceased was duly admitted to probate and record in the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County Ohio and the record of said Will was afterwards by law transferred to the Probate Court of said County and that the original record of said Will and the Probate thereof upon the Record and Journal of said Court were destroyed in the burning of the Court House on March 29th A.D. 1884 but that the original Will and the testimony of the witnesses thereto were preserved, it is now ordered by the Probate Court, on its own motion, that the record of said Will and the probate thereof be and the same is hereby restored from said original Will and testimony as provided by the Statute in the words and figures following, to wit: State of Ohio Hamilton County SS Hamilton Common Pleas. Be it remembered that on the day and year aforesaid the last Will and Testament of Anne Isabella Whiteside, late of this county deceased, was duly presented to the Court for probate and record clothed in the words and figures following, to wit: In the name of God Amen. I Anne Isabella Whiteside of Hamilton County and State of Ohio, being of full age and of a sound disposing mind do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all other Wills by me made either written or expressed. 1st, It is my Will that the sum of One Thousand Dollars be placed at Interest by my Executors, of the monies coming to me, from my late Father's Estate, and that the Interest arrising therefrom be paid annually by me Executors, to my mother Mary Malony, of the City of Philadelphia, Pa. during her natural life, and at the Death of my mother, it is my Will that the one thousand dollars above mentioned be equally divided between my son , Loid Elmore Whiteside, and Catharine Louisa Whiteside. 2d., I devise and bequeath to Robert Whiteside the sum of Five Hundred dollars, as a token of respect and esteem. 3d., I devise and bequeath to George Vanbuskirk the sum of One Hundred Dollars to be paid to him when he arrives at the age of twenty-one years. 4. I devise and bequeath to James Vanbuskirk the sum of One hundred Dollars to be paid to him when he arrived at the age of twenty one years. 5. I devise and bequeath to Allvia Susana Harvey the sum of One Hundred Dollars to be paid to her when she arrives at the age of Eighteen years. 6. I devise and bequeath all the remainder of my Estate, both real and personal, of whatever kind, or wherever situated, to be divided equally share and share alike, between my son Loid Elmore Whiteside and Catharine Louisa Whiteside, in addition to what I have willed them above. 7. I constitute and appoint my trusty friends D. S. Akkerman and Loid S. Brown my Executors to Execute this my last Will and Testament, authorizing and empowering them to compromise, adjust, release and discharge, in such manner as they may deem proper the debts and claims due me. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighth day of October A.D. 1851. Anne Isabella Whiteside (Seal). Signed and acknowledged by said Anna Isabela Whiteside as her last will and testament in our presence and signed by us in her presence S. F. Conklin, James Blackmore, James Clark. Thereupon the same day S. F. Conklin and James Clark two of the subscribing witnesses of the last Will and Testament of Anne Isabella Whiteside, deceased, personally appeared in open Court and were duly sworn and examined according to law touching the due execution of said Will, and their testimony therein was reduced to writing and filed in manner and form following, to wit: The State of Ohio, Hamilton County SS Hamilton Common Pleas. Probate of the last Will of Anne Isabella Whiteside, deceased, presented on the 27th day of October in the year of our Lord 1851. Personally appeared in open Court, S. F. Conklin and James Clard, two of the subscribing witnesses to the last Will and Testament of Anne Isabella Whiteside, who being duly sworn according to law to speak the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth in relation to the due execution of said Will, depose and say that they were present at the making of said will, and at the request of the deceased subscribed their names to said will as witnesses, in the presence of the deceased and of each other; that they saw the said Anne Isabella Whiteside, deceased, sign and seal the said will and heard her acknowledge the same to be her last will and testament; that the said Anne Isabella Whiteside was at the time of making, signing and sealing said will of legal age and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and under no undue or unlawful restraint whatsoever, James Clark, S. F. Conklin, Sworn to and subscribed in open Court this 27th day of October A.D. 1851. E. C. Roll, Clerk H.C.C.P. by Wm. W. Warden, Deputy. Now here, to wit, on the same day our said Court made an order herein as follows: In the matter of the last Will and Testament of Anne Isabella Whiteside, deceased. The last Will and Testament of Anne Isabella Whiteside, late of this County, deceased was this day duly presented to the Court for probate and record. Whereupon James Clark and S. F. Conklin two of the subscribing witnesses to said Will personally appeared in open Court and were duly sworn and examined according to law touching the due execution of said Will and their testimony therein was reduced to writing and filed. It appearing to the Court from the testimony so taken that said Will was duly executed and attested, and that the testatrix at the time of executing the same was of full age, sound mind and memory, and not under any restraint, the Court now admits said Will to probate and orders the same together with the testimony to be recorded according to the Statute in such cases made and provided. It is further ordered by the Court that said Will and the probate thereof be re-recorded, and the same is now done and that said record have the same force and effect as said original record. There is a marriage record, Hamilton Co., Ohio, vol. A21, p. 379, for the marriage license of Robert Whiteside and Isabella Balona (!), 17 apr 1849, and the marriage return, 22 apr 1849, celebrated by Benjamin Graves. However, from the startlingly uniform handwriting and the gaps in the information on some records, this volume may well be one of the reconstructions made after one of the court house fires in Cincinnati, and the name Balona would well be a guess made from a damaged original.
