She is identified as the late wife of Philibert Mestral in a description of certain reconnaissances for the Mestral family in the terrier ACV Fm 52, fol. 55, 14 jun 1479. Her parentage is given in many of the reconnaissances of the same volume.
His son-in-law Pierre Chuard, notary at Payerne, recorded the death of Martin Cordey on the flyleaf of his second register (ACV DP 16/2), and stated that Cordey dictated his testament the same day, recorded by Pierre Gachet, noting that bequests were made to the Abbey of Payerne to celebrate mass on the anniversary of his death at the altar of St. Catherine. Unfortunately, the registers of Pierre Gachet for this period are lost, but it is possible some reference to this testament may exist in the papers of the Abbey of Payerne — the closest date in the inventory of this series is ACV C VII b 2542, 21 aug 1523, not yet examined.
