KICKED BY A HORSE - Last Thursday evening a teamster named Charles Murphy, in the employ of M. C. Ellis, of Marysville, put his team up at Lee, Perdue & Calif's stable in this city, and, having reached that state of intoxication defined by the term "full as a goose," while fooling around one of the horses, fell in the stall, and was struck on the side of the head by one of the horse's fore feet, cutting him pretty severely.
