Tommie and Frank lived much of their adult lives in Knoxville, Tioga Co., PA, where Tommie was the NY Central RR station agent. They moved to Westfield, Tioga Co., PA where he was in real estate. After "retiring" to St. Pete, he built a 20 room hotel, "The Campbell House", but later turned its management over to daughter and son-in-law Mary & Curt Shewman so he could focus on real estate development. He was very successful, but after the FL real estate bubble burst he leased the undeveloped portion to the city (1930). His daughters sold it to the city in 1943. It's now Campbell Park and has a nice plaque honoring Tommie.
