The Pleasant Valley rural municipality 288 locates at township 28, 29, 30 range 16,17,18 west of the third meridian south of Herschel, west of Rosetown, and east of Kindersley. Pleasant Valley School District 4112 was not located near either Pleasant Valley post office nor the Pleasant Valley rural municipality 288, as the location of the school district is north east section 24 township 12 range 26 west of the second meridian near Dunkirk SW 36 12 28 W2, Mossbank NE 25 11 30 W2, and Mitchellton SE 25 11 28 W2.
