At Fort William ... the embryonic city which is already the chief point of transport of the Canadian Wheat market, and doubtless bids fair to become one of the wealthiest cities of the world. But we knew little of the laws of the world's commerce, and could not appreciate the fine point of vantage that Fort William enjoys as a trading city.
