There are County Marriages Registers for Kings County from 1812 to 1889.  Abstract of these marriages for many years have been published.  The only marriages I have found for the County pre 1812 are 4 listed in a Church file, and will follows.  Please check the Gagetown Anglican Church Records, as many of the earliest records for that church seem to apply to Kings and perhaps Saint John Counties.
