Looking at Harbourville Aug 2009

This site is a compilation of newspaper articles, images, documents and many other forms of historical data posted on the Internet for the enjoyment of all. I would like to dedicate this site to all of the generous people out there who share their own historical treasures. Please respect all copyright issues - you are on the honours system :-) The contents of this site relate mainly to the Bay of Fundy and the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia, Canada. - P. Vogler

The following is taken from the article - "IN PIONEER DAYS"
(A paper read by the late John E. Woodworth before the Nova Scotia Historical Society, Halifax, at the April meeting, 1917. The Register - Berwick, N.S. - Wednesday Evening, January 29, 1930 (page 1).
