     In 1870 Thomas Claffy was in the town of Pioneer (Boise Co.) Idaho.  He is not there 
on the 1880 census.  Looking for any record of him in Idaho or any information on what
he was doing there.

 
Bridget Claffey was in Idaho @ 1870 and I can find no record of her after that.  Did she marry?  She was age 41 at the time and may have already been married.  After the mines
dried up in British Columbia, Canada, many miners drifted on down to Shoshone County, Idaho to mine.  Bridget was born in Canada @ 1829 and was working as a housekeeper in Pierce City, Idaho.
James S. Claffey born 24 May 1921 came from New York to Idaho.  Does he still have family there?  Who were his parents?
