The Epitaph 


Here lies the body of
Christopher Ibbetson who
died the 2d if august 1767
in the 58th year of his age.
   
Also a wife and five
children.
   
Also of Elizabeth,
the wife of Thomas
Ibbetson of Halifax, who
died April 10th 1818 in
the 70th year of her age.
   
Also of Sarah, daughter
of the above Elizabeth
Ibbetson, who departed
this life on the 31st day
of December 1824 in
the 50th year of her age.
   
Also the remains of
the above-named Thomas 
Ibbetson who departed
this life on the 21st day
of April 1828, aged 81 years.
