Welcome

The Grass Roots Genealogy Group is an informal study group that has been meeting regularly for over 20 years. We are open to anyone interested in genealogy. Some of our members are just beginning while others have been working on family history for decades. Our purpose is to learn more about genealogy through group discussion, mentoring and guest speakers.

We meet on the first Wedneday of each month from 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM in the LDS Church Relief Society room. The building is wheelchair accessible and there is plenty of free parking. There are no membership dues.

We are very proud of our combined collection of over 600 volumes of genealogy related information held on the shelves of the Family History Center. These books are available to all during the hours the Family History Center is open.

If you are looking for help with your family history, or just the companionship
of like individuals with the genealogy bug, please come join us!
