November Meeting 2005
Our November meeting was one of special meaning to the antique lovers in our group. A few members were asked to bring in something old, that they maybe had owned for a long time. Our guest speaker, Georgie Stillman, a Professional Appraiser, would then inspect each item and tell us a little bit about when it was made, where it was made and by whom and perhaps even an estimate of its value. In this picture we have a very interesting cut glass bowl. |

Bernice Heiter brought in a couple of her very special antique dolls. |
|
Bernice told us a wounderful story of how she had come to posess one of her dolls and how she had lovingly cared for them since she was a little girl. |
|
Georgie Stillman our speaker kept our attention by telling us wonderful stories about how some items which appear to be special and valuable but were not and other items that looked quite common but were actually quite valuable. |
