Family of William Burt and Lucy [-?-]

William Burt [1] was born ca 1702 in York County, VA. He married Lucy [-?-] about 1732 in Virginia. He was identified as son of and one of the Executors of the estate of his father Richard Burt the elder. The other executor was Josias Burt, another son of Richard the elder as named in the will on 21 February 1744/45 in York County, Virginia.

He died ca 1783 in Greensville County, VA. His will was recorded on Book 1, Pages 32 and 33, Greensville Co., VA, and dated October 15, 1782. Executors were William Burt and Harwood Burt. The Will was proved on 27 Feb 1783. Harwood Burt "refused to join in the said Probat."
