This may actually be the name of her husbands (both first and second were named Jacob). Tryntje's patronymic was likely, Simonse (Symonse, Simons, etc.). Her second son was named Simon, and she appears as "Tryntje Simons," along with her, later to be, second husband Jacob Stoffelszen, in 1641 as baptism sponsors.
