18 Aug 1766. Deed. William Young Junr, Elizabeth his wife & Mary Young his mother of South Farnham Parish, Essex Co for 162 pd sold to James Edmondson of same place a 150 a parcel of land in the sd parish lying on the n side of Piscattaway Cr & bounded by the lands of Man Page esqr & the waters of Piscattaway Cr, which tr of land was purch formerly by Doctor Peter Godfrey of James Boughan & by the sd Godfrey in his will devised unto his dater Masey Godfrey who afterwards died intestate leaving no issue by which means it ascended to Mary Young her sister one of the parties herein mentioned & by the sd Mary Young given to her son William herein mentioned (only reserving her life therein as may be seen by the sd deed of gift dated 17 Jul 1750)... Wit: Will Smith, Roy Hipkins, John Evans, Hugh Marshal. Wit to receipt: Wm Pendleton Junr, Philip Clayton Junr. ackn 18 Aug 1766 by William Young Junr & Elizabeth his wife (she being first privily examined & assenting thereto) & as to Mary Young was full proved & ordered to be recorded.
