"Sarah J. (daughter of Simeon Benjamin Spillman - porbably the woman known as aunt Lalya). According to a Johnson County, Indiana compendium by Virgil Jewell, Sarah J. Spillman was born in Mssouri, September 12, 1856, the daughter of Simeon and Sarah Spillman. She moved to Greenwood as a small girl. She married George Murray on December 23, 1908. George Murray died 1919. A sister was Mrs. Sylvia Murray (Mrs. Robert Murray) of Greenwood (as of 1931). Her brother was Robert Spillman of Indianapolis (as of 1931). She died Friday, October (?) 1931 and is buried at Greenwood Cemetery."
