Based on the date of her marriage, Lucy Penn was probably born about 1768 in Amherst, VA.  We know she was the daughter of Philip Penn since he named his daughter, "Lucy Hanna" in his will of 1802. (1) She married William Hannah on 16 Apr 1687 in Henry Co. KY. (2) They had at least four children.  She died sometime before 29 Mar 1825 as her husband remarried on that date.
