The deposition in 1933 of Carrie Coorpender says
"Kate Jones Tyler is now dead.  She had three children only, as follows:
Mrs. Ednis Elizabeth Hay, who is now dead.  Mrs. Ednis Elizabeth Hay left one child only, who is George La Rue Hay, who is now living at the United States Veterans Hospital, San Fernando, California
Katty Bell Tyler, who is now dead.  She died at the age of 10 months.
Richard John Tyler, who is now dead.  He was never married and left no children.
