Elizabeth was named in the will of her brother Thomas in 1794 as "Friend Elizabeth Pender"

Her sons Harfrey C Pender and Jonathan C Pender were mentioned in the will of her nephew Fleet Coor in 1807   $25. apiece

Her will was written 10/July/1808 Wayne Co., NC  The estate of Elizabeth Coorpender was probated May Court 1815 Wayne Co., NC  Sons: "Humphrey" and Jonathan: Daughter: Sally; Executors: William Coor and Harphrey Coorpender:  Witnesses: John Sasser and Pearsy Howell.

On January 1, 1803 the executors of her brother's estate made a distribution of "the land belonging to the daughters of the Sd Dec'd."
