Ann Coddington was the oldest living daughter at the time of her father's will which was written 8 Jun 1768.  Dixie Coddington, her father, named her as "daughter Ann Fenner." (1) She married Richard Fenner in Ireland about 1745.  From this it is assumed she was born about 1725.
Ann came to North Carolina with her husband around 1757.  He died about 1766 leaving her a widow with young children. Her son Richard was probably about eight years old.  Ann Coddington died in New Bern, Craven, NC. She wrote her will on 30 Jan 1777 naming her three sons: William, Robert and Richard Fenner. (2) The will of Ann Coddington Fenner was proved in March Court 1777.

From The Fenner Forebears  by Ruth Leslie Barrett 1987  "Ann Fenner's bequest to her sons of four hundred pounds sterling which belonged to her 'in the kingdom of Ireland' was probably her inheritance from her father, whose will had been proved 8 October 1776."
