Sarah Brewer was named as a daughter in the will of her father,  Garrett Brewer. (1)   She was born about 1825 in KY according to the census records. Her parents moved from Mercer Co KY to Johnson CO IN about 1725, so possibly Sarah was born before that move. (2) She married Simeon Spillman in 1846 in Johnson CO IN. (3) Sarah, the wife of Simeon Spillman died 08 Nov 1870 in Greenwood, Johnson Co., IN according to the obituary of her husband. (4)

This my last will and testament of Garret Brewer, Johnson County State of Indiana. Considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory, I do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner as from following that is to say it is my will that my wife Polly have the farm I now live on and all the proceeds therefrom including the taxes and family expenses so long as she remains a widow also all the stock and farming utensils it is my request. She remains on the farm according to the above state will also it is my after my wife's death that all my property personal and real to be sold and divided equal among all my children Barnett, John, Daniel, David, and Abram,  Jane, Elizabeth, Sarah, and Mary Ann. It is further my will that my son John and Jacob S. Commingore be executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made in writing whereof I have set my Name and Seal this the twenty second day of May one thousand eight hundred and forty seven. The 1850 census has her born about 1826, the 1860 census born about 1824 and the 1870 census born about 1823.  All three census records say she was born in KY
In her father's will, she is listed as the third daughter.

Franklin Democrat  May 12, 1893

"Simeon B Spillman was born in Georgetown, Ky., Oct. 4, 1824. Died Sunday morning at 8 o'clock, May 7, 1893, aged 68 years, 7 months and 3 days. He moved from Kentucky to Marion county, Ind., in 1838, then fourteen years old. Soon afterward he moved from there to Johnson county, Ind., near Greenwood, where he has since resided continuously with the exception of five years in Davies county, Mo. February 9, 1846, he was married to Sarah V. Brewer, who died Nov. 8, 1870. To this union were born seven children, three sons and four daughters, five of whom are still living. September 12, 1871, he was married to Emily F. Wishard, who still survives him. To this union was born one son, Robert G., still living. Mr. Spillman's remains were put in the cemetery vault awaiting burial. He was one of the charter members of I. O. O. F. Lodge of Greenwood; was a farmer, a staunch Democrat, a good neighbor and will be sadly missed by our people. D."
