certificate #29143, shows him as Ed Cusick and married. Date of birth unknown
but shown as aged 52. Parents identified as Henry Cusick and Miss Mattingly.
Cause of death listed as "mashed between steam engine and clover huller
accidental - crushed ribs, died instantly".
