Baptized William Edward Cusick, 6-24-1860, at St. Rose Catholic Church. Birth date, 5-20-1860. Parents: Henry Thomas Cusack and Mary Jane Mattingly. (Parents were Thomas Henry Cusick and Mary Jane Mattingly.)

Does not appear on the 1860 census which was taken on 6-7-1860. His death certificate #29143, shows him as Ed Cusick and married. Date of birth unknown but shown as aged 52. Parents identified as Henry Cusick and Miss Mattingly. Cause of death listed as "mashed between steam engine and clover huller accidental - crushed ribs, died instantly".
