Biography :
Present till he deserted at Bardstown Ky on Nov. 4, 1862. Present January 1863 till Absent with leave sick at Murfreeshborro Tenn. June 30, 1863 : took phtisie and palpatation of the heart from exposure.
Transfered to comp. B, 15 Regt V.R.O. aug. 22, 1863. Cause of transfer Rheumatism. Present in V.R.O. till June 1864
Detailed as Bugler July and Aug. 1864 . Present under arrest. Confined in guard house Camp Douglas Ill. Mustered out on Oct 10, 1864, term of service
