Biography :

 

It's not sure if this Collignon is a Belgian. However, he did fight for an Indiana regiment and he lived in Spencer Co which is right next to Perry.

Resided in 1892 at Spencer, Spencer County Indiana.

Suffering of rheumatism, heart troubles and throat affection

At his dead J. Collignon owned farm and lots 75 acres, about 55 acres cleared, valued at $500
