Adolph Robert was born in Belgium, May 12, 1813. For forty-three years he
lived in his native land then came to Minnesota and Settled in Corcoran. He removed to Maple Grove, and has since resided here. In
1863, he enlisted in Hatches Battalion Minn. Cavalry, and was discharged in May, 1866. Mr. Robert has never married.
