Jacob REDING, born at Luxemburg, Belgium in 1817.
Came to the United States in 1848. Place of departure for Montana, Kansas; route
traveled, across the plains via Colorado, 1858; arrived at Alder Gulch in 1863.
Occupation, freighter and miner. Last address, Butte City.
