Traister 1993
One of the Three original Traister brothers -from East of
the mountains..Tyrone, Pa. Who's ancestors sailed out of Rotterdam, Holland.
Hans Martin Traister (Treister) with son Fredrick, landed from Holland on ship
St. Andre... (John Steadman- captain) at Philadelphia on Sept. 12, 1734. Note
that by landing date this would make Hans too old to be George, Jake and John's
father...but was of that line. Burial place of Jake I, Geo I, and John I unknown
but possibly Lawsonham, Leatherwood area or Shippenville area.
