Montezuma Mining-Thames Papers Past Daily Southern Cross 14 August 1869 Page 3 Advertisements Column 2 I the undersigned Martin SHOLL, hereby make application to register The Montezuma Goldmising Company (Registered), under the provisions of The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865, and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, trued in every particular, namely: 1. The name and style of the company is The Montezuma Goldming Company (Registered). 2. The place of operations is at the head of Wisemans and Tinkers Gullies, at the Thames Goldfield, in the province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand. 3. The nominal capital of the Company is Twenty Thousand Pounds, in Twenty thousand shares of One Pound each. 4. The amount already (nominally) paid up is Seventeen shillings and sixpence per share allotted to original shareholders of the Company, as the estimated value of the property. 5. The name of the manager is Martin SCHOLL. 6. The Office of the company is in Queen-street, Auckland. 7.
