Enriqueta Torres Quihuis, "Mama Katie", passed away January 1, 2006. Enriqueta was born December 5, 1910 in Chihuahua Mexico and immigrated to United States at the age of two with her family settling in Phoenix, Arizona. She was the oldest of three daughters born to Manuel and Guadalupe Torres. She married Efrain V. Quihuis on July 30, 1936. She is survived by her sister Emma Contreras, daughter and son-in-law Maria Elena and Abel Jimenez, and their children Reyna and Adriana; daughter and son-in-law Concepcion and Joe Cano, and their children, Cecelia, Diana, Henry, Lucy, and Michael; son and daughter-in-law Efrain and Frances Quihuis and their children Jeanne-Marie and Efrain III; daughter and son-in-law Luz Maria and Mike Wilson and Luz's children Bill and Katie; and cousin Rodolfo Domenzian.
