Hazel Jones Lewis, 85, of Mesa, died Friday, Sept. 28, 1989, at Mi Casa Nursing Home. No services planned. She was a native of Mankato, Kansas, and in 1986 moved to Arizona from Longmont, CO. Mrs. Lewis is survived by her daughter, Marion Long of Mesa; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Lakeshore Mortuary handled the arrangements. East Valley Tribune Oct. 1, 1989.
