Lysle H. Ogden, 49, a former Scottsdale resident, died Oct. 22, 1982, in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, where he lived the past six months. Services for Ogden, who had been employed as an electronic engineer with General Instruments, were in Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden, Scottsdale. He was born in Union City, Michigan. Frances Garcia Olea, 46, an employee of Motorola for 14 years, died Oct. 28, 1982, at Phoenix Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Olea, of Phoenix, was born in Glendale. She is survived by her daughters, Malena Orona and Gloria Uribe; sons, Reynaldo and Fernando Garcia; two sisters; eight brothers; and seven grandchildren.
