Sun City -- Martin Jacob Santell, 80, a former music store operator who had been associated with the motion picture industry, died Sept. 27, 1980, in Boswell Memorial Hospital. Mr. Santell, 9431 Timberline Drive, had been a member of the Science of the Mind Church in Los Angeles and moved here in 1962 from Hacienda Heights, Calif. He was born in San Francisco. He was a World War I veteran and a member of Berean Bible Fellowship. He was the owner of Smith & Wilson Printers in Wabash, IN, from 1932 to 1947. Richard Clair Starner, 18, a former assistant coach at Valley of the Sun Track Club, died March 11, 1980. He was born in Phoenix and died in Henderson, Nevada. He was a varsity track letterman at Alhambra High School and after moving to Nevada in 1979 was a varsity track and field letterman at Henderson High School.
