EAGAR, Evan, II

Mesa -- Services for Evan II Eagar, 31, who was residential supervisor for Farnsworth Construction Co., were in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1415 E. Southern. Mr. Eagar, 1501 E. Glade, was born in Springerville and died Oct. 7, 1980, in St. Joseph's Hospital. He was named to All State football and basketball teams at Round Valley High School. He was graduated from Mesa Community College and attended Arizona State University one year. He was a ward clerk and former youth leader in the LDS 36th Ward and was leader of the Western Union, a local band. Surviving are his wife, Fay; children, Meilyn, Kari, Tami, Julie, Michael and Joshua; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Eagar; two sisters and a brother. Meldrum Mortuary made arrangements. EDGAR, Bonnie Vinia

Mesa -- Bonnie Vinia Edgar, 73, who moved to Arizona 29 years ago from Arkansas, died March 27, 1980, in a Mesa nursing home. Mrs. Edgar is survived by her children, Joy Proffitt, Wilma Tucker, Pat Miller, Rose Frantz, Glen and Joe; a brother; 27 grandchildren. 3/29/1980.

EDGELL, Lora Hershel

Lora Hershel Edgell, 86, who served with the Rainbow Division in World War I and was a Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. retiree, died Oct. 12, 1980, in his home. He came to Phoenix in 1962 from Ohio. Surviving are his daughters, Freda Wooley and Treva Clark; stepdaughter, Marie Hunsinger; four grandchildren; a brother and two sisters. 15 Oct 1980

EGAN, Edward Stephen

Mass for Edward Stephen Egan, 84, who was an engineer for the Santa Fe Railroad Co. before retiring 17 years ago, was in St. Theresa's Catholic Church, 5045 E. Thomas. Mr. Egan, 222 E. Indianola, came here in 1972 from Chicago and died Oct. 7, 1980, in Good Samaritan Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Sadie; children, Eileen Dalton, Edward J. of Naperville, Illinois, and James of Hickory Hill, Illinois; two sisters, Mrs. Eileen Marie Dalton of Bartlett, Ill., Irene Heenan and Ana Johns, both of Justice, Ill.; and eight grandchildren. Whitney & Murphy Arcadia Chapel, 4800 E. Indian School. Interment St. James Cemetery, Sagbridge, Illinois. Published in The Arizona Republic Wednesday, October 8, 1980.

Glendale -- Virginia L. Egge, 54, died Jan. 28, 1980. Mrs. Egge moved here three years ago from North Dakota. She had been in womens clothing sales. Surviving are her husband, Gilmore; sons, William and Steve; father, Hector Hansen; four sisters and four brothers. 1/31/1980.

EGNER, Juanita Belle

Juanita Belle Egner, 65, Ahwatukee, died March 25, 1980. Mrs. Egner was founder of Los Amigos (Good Friends) Singles Group in Ahwatukee and was a member of the Methodist Church. She moved here in 1977 from Indiana and is survived by daughters, Suzanne Cowan and Marilyn Bell and four grandchildren. 3/28/1980.

EHLO, Jennie

Mesa -- Jennie Ehlo, 78, died March 23, 1980, while visiting in Nogales. She moved here 14 years ago from Nevada. Surviving are daughters, Beverly Bowman, Sharon Grover and Gloria Hill; a brother; five sisters; 12 grandchildren. Services were in Hi-Way Baptist Church, 7923 E. First Ave. 3/25/1980.

EISENBISE, Ike

Ike Eisenbise, survived by wife, Dorothy; sons, Roland and David of Phoenix; daughters, Patricia Chester and Linda Rowse of Phoenix and Emily Simms of California; 12 grandchildren; one niece and one nephew in Illinois and one nephew in Indiana. Interment Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Scottsdale. 10/15/1980.

ELDREDGE, Frank Delmer

Services for Frank Delmer Eldredge, 68, who was killed in a motorcycle accident March 11, 1980, at Tonopah, were in Camelback Sunset Chapel, 301 W. Camelback. Mr. Eldredge, 7647 N. 393rd Ave., came to Phoenix 44 years ago from California and was a retired grocery store owner. Survivors include his wife, Agnes; son, Loren, and a grandson. Interment Resthaven Glendale. The Arizona Republic Thursday, March 13, 1980.

ELLIS, Otha

Otha Ellis, 79, died March 8, 1980, in his home. Mr. Ellis lived here 38 years and retired as a laborer for Western Cotton Compress Co. Survived by his children, Adelle Roberts, Aletha McMarshal and McIntire Ellis; three sisters; nine grandchildren. Services were in Southside Church of Christ, 43 W. Broadway. Interment Double Butte Cemetery. Webber & Sons Mortuary. 3/15/1980.

ELSBERRY, Enid

Coolidge -- Enid Elsberry, 78, died Jan. 30, 1980, at Pinal General Hospital in Florence. Mrs. Elsberry was born in Naco and lived in the Coolidge area 40 years. Survivors include her husband, Rodney; daughter, Marilyn Cole; two sisters; and a grandson. Services were at the Community Presbyterian Church. 1/31/1980.

ENDSLEY, Robert

Robert Endsley, 53, who retired as a switchman after 28 years with the Santa Fe Railroad, died Oct. 8, 1960, in Phoenix Nursing & Convalescent Center. Mr. Endsley was born in Oklahoma and moved to Arizona in 1936. He is survived by his wife, Betty; children, Debbie Martin, Robert Ted Jr. and Gary; three grandchildren and three brothers. Services were in First Souhern Baptist Church, 7149 N. 58th Ave. Friday, October 10, 1980.
