TAYLOR, Gertrude

Friends of Gertrude Taylor, 95, who moved here 27 years ago from Illinois and died Oct. 29, 1979, in her home, called in Hansen Mortuary. Services and interment were in Sidney, Ohio. Mrs. Taylor, of Cave Creek, is survived by her children, Amelia Minniear of Burbank, California, and Jim; five grandchildren, 14 great-grandchidren and four great-great-grandchildren. TAYLOR, John Edward

John Edward Taylor, 58, a World War II Marine Corps veteran, died Sept. 29, 1979. He was retired in 1975 as a welder after six years with the Salt River Project. He moved to Arizona 25 years ago and was a part-time resident of Payson. Surviving are his wife, Mary Elizabeth; children, Johnnie Darlene Ritchie, Jackie Stout, Sandra Powers, Bruce Becker, Patrick and Wally Taylor; and nine grandchildren. 2 Oct 1979

Frank M. Templin, 54, died Oct. 11, 1979, in St. Joseph's Hospital. Mr. Templin moved here 34 years ago from Kansas and was employed as a telephone installer for Western Electric. Surviving are his wife, Engracia; son, Frank; and two brothers. Mass was in St. Vincent de Paul Church, 3140 N. 51st Ave. 13 Oct 1979

TERRY, Charles A.

Graveside services for Charles A. Terry, 55, an architect who lived in Phoenix 31 years, were in Glendale Memorial Park, 7844 N. 61st Ave. Mr. Terry was a World War II veteran and died Oct. 18, 1979, at Phoenix Veterans Hospital. Survivors include his children, Beverly Kovtunovich, Randy, Evan and Dow; a grandchild; three sisters and five brothers. Lundberg White Rose Chapel handled arrangements. TESAURO, Catherine M.

Sun City -- Catherine M. Tesauro, 79, 11223 109th Ave., moved here in 1966 from Detroit and died Oct. 9, 1979, in Boswell Hospital. Mrs. Tesauro was a member of the Sodality and Senior Citizens Club at the church and Lakes Club. Mass was in St. Joachim Church, 11625 111th Ave. 11 Oct 1979


Safford -- Services for Ellen E. Thatcher, 77, who died Oct. 31, 1979, in Tucson Medical Center will be at the Safford Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mrs. Thatcher, a native of Mexico, moved to Safford in 1911. She formerly owned the Safford Country Club. Survivors include a son, Delmar Ballard; three daughters, Louise Black, Larue Smith and Flora Bell Allen; two brothers; a sister; 15 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. THOMAS, Pauline L.

Globe -- Services for Pauline L. Thomas, 74, who died Oct. 15, 1979, at Miami Inspiration Hospital, were at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mrs. Thomas, a Central native, moved to Globe in 1922. She was a housewife. Survivors include her husband, Frederick; three daughters, Betty Lou Jones, Flora Mae Hunsaker and Norma Lee Tanner; a brother; four sisters; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. 17 Oct 1979

Daisy N. Thomason, 87, who came to Phoenix in 1917 from Pennsylvania, died Oct. 24, 1979, in a Phoenix hospital. She is survived by her daughters, Phyllis Williams and Margaret McDonald; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Graveside services were in Greenwood Memorial Park, 2300 W. THOMPSON, Josie Mae Rubin

Services for Jose Mae Rubin Thompson, 61, were in Grace Memorial Church of God in Christ, 811 W. Buckeye. Mrs. Thompson, 3149 E. Atlanta, died Oct. 1, 1979. She moved here 39 years ago from Texas and was a self-employed cosmetologist. Survivors include her children, Ruby Burton Robertson, Lexie Woods, Fredrick and Lawayne Thompson; a sister; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Interment Greenwood 5 Oct 1979.
