Memorial services for Harry H. Lancaster, 69, who died Oct. 25, 1979, were in Girard, Ohio. Mr. Lancaster, 4044 W. Augusta, retired from the Youngstown Steel & Tube Co. LANE, Isiah W.

Services for Isiah W. Lane, 70, who came here in 1942 and was a maintenance employee 35 years with 7-Up Bottling Co., were in First Institutional Baptist Church. Mr. Lane died Oct. 5, 1979, in Phoenix Memorial Hospital. He was a member of the Prince Hall Masonic Lodge. Survivors include his wife, Irene; children, Tracy Parker, Sylvia Mae, Isiah Jr., Clearuther Lane and Frederick Ed David; a sister and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A. L. Chandler -- May M. Lanie, 71, who came here in 1951 and retired as a teacher in 1972 at Denver School, died Oct. 17, 1979, in her home. Mrs. Lanie graduated from Indiana Central College. She is survived by her husband, Herman; children, Anne Badilla and Howard; and a grandchild. Rosary was in St. Mary Church. Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Remington, Indiana. LARSON, Lloyd J.

Apache Junction -- Lloyd J. Larson, 81, an artist and past president of the Chamber of Commerce here, died Oct. 5, 1979, in Mesa General Hospital. Mr. Larson, 1843 E. Superstition Dr., moved here 17 years ago from Marshalltown, Iowa. He was a retired general manager for Lennox Industries heating and air conditioning and a member of Apache Junction Rotary Club. Survivors include his wife, Nellie; daughter Mrs. Irene Smith of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, Paul and James of Marshalltown, Iowa, William of Fayetteville, AR, and Dr. Lloyd Larson of Phoenix; and 18 grandchildren. Private memorial services were in Gibbons-Bunker. Private cremation. Desert View Chapel. 6 Oct 1979.

Hilda H. Lassen, 76, a retired secretary who come to Bisbee in 1924 and lived in Phoenix since 1955, died Oct. 21, 1979. She was a member of Neighborhood Congregational Church and Daughters of the Nile. Survivors include stepsons, John R. and Vernon H. Lassen; seven grandchidlren and 16 great-grandchildren. 23 Oct 1979

LAWLER, Christopher J.

Sedona -- Rosary for Christopher J. Lawler, 17, of Harmony Hills, was in Sedona Funeral Home. Christopher died Oct. 4, 1979, in Chavez Canyon from injuries suffered in an automobile accident. Mass in St. John Vianney Catholic Church. He was a senior at Mingus Union High School, Cottonwood, and was on the varsity football team. Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Lawler; grandmother, Louise O'Day; two sisters and three brothers. 8 Oct 1979

Mesa -- Richard "Dick" Leach, 41, a disabled part-time employee at Chapel of Prayer Funeral Home, died of a stroke Oct. 8, 1979, in Mesa Lutheran Hospital. Mr. Leach moved to Mesa 22 years ago from Denver. He is survived by his wife, Beryl; daughter, Valerie Rowley; ... (line missing);three grandchildren and a sister. LEE , Wilton

Chandler -- Services for Wilton Lee, 50, who died Oct. 14, 1979, of an illness in a Phoenix hospital, were in Bueler Mortuary. Mr. Lee moved to Arizona in 1974 and had worked for Barney Farms at Queen Creek. He is survived by his daughters, Linda Lassiter and Lina Lee; mother, Dessie Lee; four sisters and four brothers. Winslow -- Mass for Elmer P. Lehrman, 73, who died Oct. 4, 1979, at Winslow Memorial Hospital, was at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Rosary was held Friday. Mr. Lehrman, a New Mexico native, moved to Winslow in 1935. He was a retired locomotive engineer for the Santa Fe Railroad. Survivors include a son, Fred; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother; and a sister. 6 Oct 1979

Mr. Lenehan had been a security guard at the Arizona Biltmore Resort Hotel, a World War II veteran and a member of the American Legion Post No. 12. Steven was born in Phoenix and died Oct. 30, 1979, in a local hospital. He is survived by his mother, Debra Langford; father, Calvin Lewis; two grandparents; two sisters and two brothers. LEWIS, William J.

Mesa -- William J. Lewis, 85, a World War I veteran who lived in Arizona 66 years, died Sept. 29, 1979. He was an electrician 49 years for Miami Copper Co. Mr. Lewis, 261 E. 8th Dr., was a 50-year member of Masonic Lodge 26, Scottish Rite in Tucson and American Legion. Survivors include his children, Mary Jane Travis and Robert; a brother and four grandchildren. Services were in Miles Mortuary at Miami. 2 Oct 1979

Mesa -- Services for Bernice Libby, 67, who had been a cook in East Valley restaurants after moving here in 1969 from Helena, Montana, were in Desert View Chapel. Mrs. Libby died Oct. 15, 1979, in her home. She was a widow and is survived by a brother. 18 Oct 1979


Sun City -- Helen K. Lindsay, 74, who had been an executive secretary for the Jewel Tea Co. in Chicago and was a member of the Ladies Aid Society at Shepherd of the Desert Lutheran Church here, died Oct. 24, 1979, in Boswell Hospital. Prescott -- Services for Gladys E. Linn, 77, who died Oct. 13, 1979, at Yavapai Community Hospital, were at Ruffner Funeral Home. Mrs. Linn lived here sven years. Franklin Little, 68, a service station attendant, who moved here in 1952 from Pennsylvania, died Oct. 31, 1979, in his home. Mr. Little, 8831 N. 31st Ave., is survived by his wife, Cleo; stepmother, Romaine Levin; a brother and three sisters. Services will be in Carlisle, PA, Chapel of the Chimes announced.
