LAGLE, Clara

Mesa -- Memorial services for Clara T. Lagle, 56, who died June 27, 1978, in Mesa General Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in First Christian Church, 305 N. Country Club, Gibbons-Bunker Mortuary announced. Mrs. Lagle, 329 S. 58th Place, is survived by her husband, Bernard; sons, Phillip, Billy and Robyn; five stepchildren and seven grandchildren. LAINES, Gumersinda, (also spelled Gumsinda)

Gumsinda Laines, 82, a native of Hondruas, Central America, died Wednesday, April 19, 1978, in a Valley hospital. Rosary will be today in Northwest Mortuary with Mass Saturday in St. Vincent de Paul Church. Mrs. Laines resided at 4545 N. Maryvale Parkway. She worked as a nursemaid in private homes and moved here from New York 11 years ago. Survivors include her husband, Joseph. The Phoenix Gazette Friday, April 21, 1978

LAMB, Mabel Susanna

Mabel Susanna Lamb, 75, died Friday, April 21, 1978. Mrs. Lamb moved to Arizona from Detroit in 1971 and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Mesa 38th Ward. Husband, Charles; two daughters, Ida Carter and Iva Skidmore; a son, Larry Pullen; two sisters; one brother; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The Phoenix Gazette Monday, April 24, 1978

LANG, Otto C.

Sun City -- Services were held Saturday in the United Church of Sun City for Otto Carl Lang, 81, who died April 13, 1978, at Boswell Memorial Hospital. Mr. Lang, 9806 Balboa Drive, lived here nine years. He was a chemical engineer for the Union Carbide Co. 35 years. Survivors include his wife, Alice; children, Roger and Nancy, and one grandchild. LANIKE, Mike W.

Mesa -- Services for Mike W. Lanike, 80, Mesa, who came here in 1967, were in Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden, Scottsdale. Mr. Lanike, 458 S. 98th Way, died Monday, March 28, 1977, in Mesa Lutheran Hospital, is survived by his wife, Anna; daughters, Lottie Brockmann, Dorothy Hardesty, Pearl Hennigh, Mary Waid and Margie Nelson; 10 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. LANGE, Laura

Private cremation for Laura Lange, 83, was arranged by Mercer Mortuary. She died Sunday, April 20, 1978, in her home at 10401 N. Cave Creek Rd. Mrs. Lange moved to the Valley from Santa Rosa, Calif., in 1955. She was a member of Eastern Star, Amaranthian, White Shrine and the Lutheran Church. There are no known survivors. LATSHAW, Janet K.

Sun City -- Services for Janet K. Latshaw, 73, who died April 17, 1978, in Boswell Hospital, were in LUndberg's Golden Door Chapel, 11211 Michigan Ave., Youngtown. Mrs. Latshaw, 10833 Hatcher Road, came here in 1968, and was a former secretary with the Federal Land Bank. Survivors include her husband, Joseph, and a sister. LEBS, Patrick H.

Patrick H. Lebs, 64, lived in the Valley 42 years and died April 16, 1978, in St. Luke's Hospital. He graduated from Arizona State University in 1940, received his master's at ASU in 1948 and was superintendent of schools at Peoria in 1946-48. He was head of the music department at Alhambra High School since 1963. Wife, Doris; children, Joanne Cain, Barbara and Pat; and a granddaughter. Shepherd of the Valley Methodist Church. LEON, Ignacio

Ignacio Leon, 74, of Globe, died Friday, April 1, 1977, in Gila General Hospital. Survivors include his children, Elias, David, Benjamin, Eva Sanchez, Elisa Bryan, Esther Clarine and Bertha Warner; two sisters and grandchildren. 4/3/1977.
