These records came from information on file with the Sharp County Extension Office in Ash Flat, Arkansas.  The Old Baptist Cemetery  is located just off Highway 62 about 2 miles west of Ash Flat. Edmond Martin was the first person to be buried there in 1875. There was a Baptist Church near this site.
