This is a picture of Charles William Toney and Susan Edith Kizer. Charlie is the son of Tarlton Woodson Toney and Mary Susan Gerard. Susie is the daughter of Francis Marion Kizer and Catherine Lane. Charlie was born in 1871 and Susie was born in 1877. They had four children together.

This is the Toney Family. Sitting in front from left to right is Ralph, Charlie, Susie, and Inez on Susie's lap. In the back is from left to right, Irene, Winnie, Stella, and Effie. This is taken at their house in Dalton. I would say that is picture was taken about 1916 or 1917.
