Underwood, Helen Doris Smith - Helen Doris Smith Underwood, 75, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, died Tuesday, July 22, 2008.
She was born November 4, 1932, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, to the late Nathan and Julia Smith. She was a Charter Member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. She was also a member of YMCA Water Walkers.
She is survived by her husband Willard Allen Underwood; one daughter, Barbara Shaw of Houston, Texas and three grandchildren; Lynett Shaw, Erin Shaw, and Brian Shaw.
She is preceded by two brothers; J. Harold Smith and Eugene Smith, and one sister, Vivian Knoles.
Memorial service will be at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 AM Friday, July 25, 2008.
