GOBER - WARREN - I need any information on Jasper GOBER and Emily WARREN. They are on the 1900 census in Hamilton Twp. Living with them was Annie Warren age 55 and who appears to be her two sons William age 25 and Mathew age 22. I think Emily died soon after this time and Jasper married Melissa and moved to Texas. ANTHONY - Seeking descendants of James Crenshaw Anthony who was buried in Lonoke Co. in 1866. He had 3 sons: Phillip Lee, William Davis and Ben L. James C. Anthony was Pulaski Co. Judge in 1840 and a picture of him is in the hall way. He built the first brick building in ARacross the street from the old state capitol. It was a hotel called the Anthony House. BURNS - PHILLIPS - SANDERLIN - SHORT - TOONE - Looking for info on any SANDERLIN in Arkansas. James Wilson Sanderlin married Laura Frances Burns in 1882 in Lonoke. She was the daughter of William Warren and Margaret A. Burns. Jim and Laura had three children that lived to maturity: Warren Clark Sanderlin, Myrtle Alley Sanderlin Griffin, and Ada J. Sanderlin. Jim died around 1900 and Laura remarried to Tab Toone and had a daughter, Esther Toone Flynn. Ada J. Sanderlin married and had children but died when she was around 30. Warren Clark Sanderlin married Ada Lou Phillips, daughter of Watson and Missouri Short Phillips. Missouri's father was William Short. GINGLES - ELLIOTT - FEWELL - BEASLEY - Andrew Jackson GINGLES and his wife Eliza Arabella FEWELL GINGLES came to Cabot, AR, in the mid-1800's from York District, SC. They had a 40-acre farm. Thomas ELLIOTT and his wife, who was a BEASLEY, came to Cabot in 1870 from SC. My information says these last two are buried in Ebenezer Cemetery. Currently, there are about 15 Ebenezer Cemeteries listed for AR, but none in Lonoke Co. Is there a particularly located Ebenezer Cemetery that would have been old enough to have received these people? I am also seeking what cemetery in Cabot in which my GINGLES/FEWELL would buried. DUFFEL - DUFFLE - Looking for the parents of my grandmother, Josephine DUffEL. She was born in Prairie Co., ARK in 1863. In the 1860 Prairie Co. Census I found a Joseph DUFFEL and Delida DUFFEL. They had no children at that time. I can not find them again. I think he may have been killed in the Civil War and Delida may have married again. I first locate Josephine in the Polk Co., ARK 1880 Census. She is living with an aunt, who at the time was a neighbor of my grandfather, James Marion Philpot. They married on March 2, 1881. LANDRETH - Am looking for any information concerning Thomas Franklin Landreth, Born in Mcnairy Co Tennessee, late 1830's to 1840's. Thomas fought in the Civil War and information points toward the fact that he fought for the Union. Ordained a Baptist minister July, 1896, Pecan Grove, AR. Obit from the Ministerial Directory of Baptist Churches says....."T.F. Landreth of Keo-obit 1932 Lonoke Co. Baptist Association". Thomas had 3 sisters: Martha S.- Born 1836 Mcnairy Co. SPAULDING - FEWELL - CHADDICK - REID - I am trying to find information on Joseph Spaulding from Tennessee who was Married to Martha Fewell. Joseph Spaulding died in Texas and his wife moved to England Arkansas with her family who were Maggie, Eva, Homer, Gertrude. Gertrude was my grandmother. Her mother died when she was about 9 years old. She first lived with her sister Eva Reid and then her sister Maggie Chaddick. Any information would be greatly appreciated. My grandmother was born Jan. 24, 1889 in Hillsboro, Texas. I believed they moved back to Arkansas between 1890 and 1895. BRADFORD - Looking for info. on James Colk Bradford. Born: 8- 23-1848 in Tenn. His application for admission to the AR Conf. Home in 1937 said he has been a resident of Lonoke for 51 years. Need his first wife's name! His son John D. Bradford was killed at Tucker farm in attempted Prison escape. Any info. on this family would be greatly appreciated. James C. died in 1939 at the AR conf.
