DICIE WARD
ASHDOWN, Ark.—Dicie Marie Ward, 92, of Ashdown died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2006, in Ashdown.
Mrs. Ward was born April 6, 1913, in Cape Girardeau, Mo. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert I. Ward; and three sons, Junius Denson, Joe Denson and Marion Dale Ward.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law Kermit G. and Sarah S. Ward of Ashdown; two sisters, Wilma Turner of North Carolina and Ernestine Hysinger of Florida; 13 grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Ashdown Cemetery with James Harris officiating. Burial will be under direction of Madden Funeral Services.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
