LOUIS MCDOWELL
ASHDOWN, Ark.—Louis E. McDowell, 68, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, Feb. 9, 2006, in Texarkana.
Mr. McDowell was born June 28, 1937, in Ashdown. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include the mother of his children, Clarice McDowell; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Clara McDowell and Linda and John McClure of Texarkana and Deborah and Chris Purifoy of Genoa, Ark.; one brother, Charles McDowell of Texarkana; and two grandchildren, Nicholas Purifoy and Hudson McClure.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at East Memorial Gardens with Todd Reed officiating. Burial will be under direction of Madden Funeral Services.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
