Thanks very much for the help!

Below is the contents of two emails I have received concerning the 2013 price of the Heritage and also info about the remainder of this year's meetings and Heritage pickup locations. (George E. Taylor, Jr, Webmaster)

Hello, I am Paul Adcox, I am currently Treasurer of the Historical Society and was noticing on the argenweb.net/hotspring genweb site that we needed to send you some updated information regarding our Memberhip Dues etc. This information is listed under the publications tab of the hotspring countygeweb site. Membership dues have changed from $15.00 annually to $20.00 Annually starting January 1 2013. With membership a person receives one free copy of the Current year's Hertiage. If the free copy is mailed there is $5.00 mailing fee for a total of $25.00 annually. Additional copies of the Heritage will cost $20.00 as well with $5.00 added for postage if mailed. Thank you, we appreciate all you do the for the County genweb site and for the information you put out there for our Historical Society as well. If you have any questions please feel free to reply to this email. Paul Adcox, Treasurer

George, the 2012 edition of The Heritage is here. In the past, we have distributed it, to those who want to pick-it-up, at our monthly meetings (usually November and December). This year we're trying something different since we now have a home (although we have not been completely finished repairs/renovations on the building). We're going to have limited office hours this week to distribute The Heritage. We plan to have someone at the Heritage House, 118 West Second Street, to distribute the Heritage from 10 AM to 2 PM on Wednesday and Thursday, October 10th and 11th and from 11 AM to 1 PM on Friday October 12th. The books will also be available on our meeting nights Monday, November 5th at 7 PM and Monday night December 3rd at 6 PM. The December 3rd meeting is our Christmas social with pot luck dinner. Wish you were here! Homer & Mary Evelyn.
